[Aurora] AU Explanation (Undertale Spoilers)
Warning: Big Time Spoilers For Undertale
So, Frisk here is being played in Aurora under a fanmade AU called the "Narrator Chara Theory". What is this theory? Well, it's complicated, but also simple: It's the idea that the narrator in Undertale isn't simply a narrative device, but an actual character within the setting, Chara, that follows Frisk throughout their journey as a disembodied spirit. Chara's spirit is attached to Frisk and their SOUL at the beginning of the game and follows them throughout their journey. Chara can technically posses Frisk's body, but, doesn't really want to and probably won't.
This AU be represented in-game by, essentially, all of Frisk's bracket text being Chara, describing what Frisk is doing and what's happening to them and commenting on it. Chara will be invisible and silent to everybody except Frisk, except those with supernatural senses capable of perceiving intangible spirits. Those people will be able to see Chara.
